Stillness in stormy weather

I've been navigating a period of transition, from the end of last year until now.
Lots has shifted,
Friendships have shifted - some deepened and some long friendships have left.
People have shown their true colours..
.. and I've seen others' true colours more clearly than ever before.
In the midst of all that going on personally, professionally client sessions have become SO MUCH MORE POWERFUL AND TRANSFORMATIVE.
Wow.
It's taken me a minute.
To come down.
To come back into myself.
To adjust.
Clients have really been bringing it. Their souls calling for deep change from deep within. So that their lives are now easier, more abundant and happier.
And I'm delighted to say I've been able to deliver.
My intention with each and every session is that you, the client, receive all that you need for the highest good of all. And let me bring all I need to bring, so that it happens. It's my mantra before each and every session.
So with all this changing and shifting and adjusting going on in my outside world, and a deeper richness needed from me to give to my work, I've felt called to be more inward in my inner world. Socialising less, writing and journaling for myself rather than to an audience, the ChandeReiki social media had essentially dropped off..
And in this process I've found a deeper stillness within. My anchor. The big strong tree which stands tall through stormy weather, through the chaos and the high winds.
So today I call on you to connect to that deep place within YOU. I invite you to take a breath. Right now. Feel your anchor within you.
You definitely have it, no doubt.
That power.
That stillness.
The one who is calm no matter what is going on outside.
Feel it.
Breathe into it.
And let it engulf you.
Let it lead you.
And keep returning to that place in the coming weeks.
The storms will be there. They'll come and go. And leave destruction in their wake. Rebuilding will occur. And in order to be ok in the 'damaged' space while the rebuilding takes place, this stillness is vital.
And if you need to retreat from the world and live in that stillness for a while, that's ok. You're allowed.
