Happy August!

Happy August! I feel that I was just wishing you a happy July! July really ran away and now we've blinked and it's August. I hope you are enjoying a wonderful start to the month.

My sense is its going to be a fiery month: hot tempers, hot temperatures and heat bubbling within us. Take your time to cool down, be still and bring calm into your days, as much as you can in the coming weeks.
