Mending bridges in August

ChandeReikiAugustCardReading2020

How are you?

Take a deep breath and check in with yourself.
Straighten your back.
Draw your shoulders away from your ears.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax your face :)
And check in again - how are you in this moment?

So often we're carrying physical tension in our bodies without being aware of it. I know my shoulders like to make their way up to my ears when I'm not paying attention!

Wow, we're practically in August (wasn't I just saying that about July?) After the lovely response you all gave to the 6-month card reading a few weeks ago, I'd love to support you by sharing a reading for each month. This is with the loving intention to give you clarity and some direction for the month ahead. Having a message and an image can be really helpful as we navigate through the weeks. So for August, the message is Mending Bridges

Take a breath and breathe into the image above. What does it say to you? What feelings or thoughts does it conjure up? I suggest to connect with the image first and let your intuition speak to you before reading ahead..
The guidance related to this card says:

"Mending Bridges – “I heal rifts. I am a mender.

Card meaning: Heal old wounds with respect to people and situations. Carefully do whatever you feel is necessary to make amends. You are a mender. Help others mend bridges in their lives.

The Universe wants you to know: There are times to drop everything and leave; and there are also times to carefully mend bridges with people, situations, and places. This is one of those healing times. Maybe there is a wound inside of you that needs to be forgiven or accepted. Transform the inner grievance. Do it now, for you no longer need to carry it with you. Perhaps there is a person from your past with whom you should reconnect. You know what you need to do. Take action now.

Questions to ask yourself: If there was an area of my life that needed mending, what might it be? What is the first step I need to take toward resolving a current rift I have with someone? Could this card represent something within myself that I need to give attention to or mend?"  ~Gateway Oracle cards- Denise Linn

What does this bring up for you? Who pops into mind? For me, "transform the inner grievance" and then reconnect with a person from your past is exactly what I've been doing this month, you can read more and how to heal the grievance here

While I'm still holding client sessions, I'll be taking a short break from these love letters for a couple of weeks. I hope you enjoy a wonderful couple of weeks and I'll be back here on Thursday 20th August! To receive directly to your inbox sign up free here
